You can now file an official Noise E-Complaint with the City of Santa Monica at:

http://pen.ci.santa-monica.ca.us/communication/cityforms/noisecom.htm.

Give the date and the exact time. We are told that Airport Staff logs all complaints and those records are kept in a database. You can also call Matthew Majoli, Airport Operation/Noise Abatement Supervisor at (310) 458-8759, or the Airport Noise hotline at (310) 458-8692. Do also complain about Emissions from aircraft too. Please do not get discouraged and continue to report all your complaints.
